At CRBN Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your paddle or gear doesn't meet your expectations on the court, we are here to make the return or exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
